john smeros a.k.a playmod or mod begun djing 10 years ago. from athens (greece), his passion for music quickly grew into an obsession with rhythms and grooves. with early detroit techno as his musical guide, he is in a continuous search for new ways and new thrills via his mixer or workstation. at the end his musical values come down to this: "it's best for one to choose his life's noise level, then keep on resampling it."
