inspired by konsole's alcorhythmic summit in st. petersburg, diplomatik staff from canada, argentina and germany assemble to build, transform, re-interpret and otherwise expand on konsole's already impressive universal techno manifesto. only through long hours of intense negotiation do the electro-tinged grooves and minimalistic mutants emerge.
